many people are constantly looking over their shoulder at their past and not keeping eye on present and the future, past fears,failures even success keep your life off balance and off focus, as result moving forward is difficult if even possible.
so how do we keep our life balanced between our “past, present and future?
1•GLANCE AT YOUR PAST: glancing is better than looking, your past is useful but don’t stock in it, remember your past event as a learner, but briefly,let yesterday failures and success but guided for today’s activities. five percent of your time should be spent on the past.
2•WORK IN THE PRESENT: be in the moment, establish your priorities and goal and be diligent on what needs to be done today, fifty percent of your time should be spent here.
3•FOCUS ON THE FUTURE: look forward to what you want or need to GO. where your eye’s are fixed, is where you instincts will take your, forty five percent of your time should focus here….
